When Do We Ship?
Orders received on business days (Monday - Friday) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Orders received during weekends will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the order, on the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse.

Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout.
Tracking information is typically emailed within 48 hours after your order ships.
We offer free shipping via USPS PRIORITY on all USA orders > $50.00. Orders received Monday - Friday are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once your package has been processed and shipped, please allow 1-3 additional business days for delivery, depending on the distance from our warehouse.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a $10.00 flat rate on Ground Shipping for USA orders < $20.00. Orders received Monday - Friday are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once your package has been processed and shipped, please allow an additional 1-10 business days for delivery, depending on the distance from our warehouse.
UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver shipping options are available during checkout, rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
We make every effort to prioritize the processing of Expedited orders.
Orders received Monday - Friday before noon (12.00 pm) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders received Monday - Friday afternoon (12.00 pm) will be processed on the following business day.
ETA currently undertakes orders only within the USA. However, worldwide distribution will be made available in the near future.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Due to demand, we cannot guarantee availability for immediate shipment. ETA ships orders in full, but upon special request, ETA can sometimes fulfill partial shipments.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier, only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.
